GoodGrowth Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GoodGrowth, a service operated by Radial Ventures. By using GoodGrowth, you agree to these Terms.

The service

GoodGrowth helps members participate in peer groups, introductions, conversations, and meetings. Features may include messaging, scheduling, Google Calendar connection, calendar-derived insights, and automated assistance.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for protecting access to your devices and accounts.

Google Calendar authorization

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, you authorize the read-only access described on our Google Calendar information page and in our Privacy Policy. GoodGrowth does not edit or delete events in your Google Calendar. You may disconnect and delete stored calendar-derived data at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, violate applicable law, or use GoodGrowth to harm, harass, or deceive another person.

Third-party services

GoodGrowth relies on third-party services, including communications, cloud hosting, calendar, email, and automated-processing providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service.

Content and automated output

You retain rights in information you provide. You permit us to process it to operate and improve the user-facing service. Automated summaries and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate; use your judgment before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoodGrowth is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Radial Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using GoodGrowth at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect members, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.
