GoodGrowth Privacy Policy
Effective June 23, 2026
GoodGrowth is operated by Radial Ventures. This policy explains how we access, use, store, share, and delete personal information, including information received from Google APIs.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and profile information, messages exchanged with GoodGrowth, participation and scheduling preferences, service activity, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Google user data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, GoodGrowth accesses your Google account email address, Calendar timezone setting, free/busy intervals, and events from calendars you own. Event data may include titles, descriptions, dates and times, attendees, organizers, locations, recurrence, visibility, meeting links, and the Google event payload returned by the Calendar API.
GoodGrowth mirrors owned events from 180 days before the current date through 60 days after it. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest; access tokens are generated when needed and are not persisted.
How we use Google data
We use Calendar timezone and free/busy information to propose meeting times that do not conflict with your schedule. We use owned-event details to create a private, personalized calendar insight sent to you and to improve those user-facing scheduling and insight features.
Automated systems, including language-model service providers acting for us, may process calendar-derived information solely to provide these features. We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Google API Limited Use
GoodGrowth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it for credit or lending decisions, or provide it for surveillance. We do not permit routine human reading of Google-derived event content or generated calendar insights. Limited exceptional access may occur when necessary to investigate security or abuse, fix a specific technical incident, comply with law, or when you affirmatively ask us to review specific information.
Service providers and sharing
We share information only with service providers that process it for GoodGrowth's user-facing features, security, communications, hosting, email delivery, and automated processing; when required by law; or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate protections. Providers must protect the information and may not use it for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.
Retention and deletion
Calendar event data is retained while your calendar connection is active and within the rolling mirror window. When you disconnect, GoodGrowth attempts to revoke the Google token and deletes mirrored events, generated calendar insight emails, and insight snapshots. A minimal revoked connection record may be retained for security and audit purposes, without the refresh token or calendar content.
You may also revoke access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings. To request deletion of other GoodGrowth account information, contact us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored Google refresh tokens, access controls, and data minimization. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Google Calendar connection is optional. You can decline it, disconnect through the link in a GoodGrowth calendar-insight email, revoke access through Google, unsubscribe from calendar-insight emails, or contact us for help.
Changes
We will update this policy when our data practices materially change. Where required, we will provide notice and request renewed consent before using Google user data for a new purpose.
